Each session is shaped around what the person is carrying in that moment — there is no one-size-fits-all approach, therapists use tailored support for the nervous system, mind, and body.

  • Anxiety Management Program is a personalised 3-month yoga therapy program created for instant and long-term anxiety regulation and full recovery. It is designed to reduce scattered mind, inner restlessness, emotional overload, panic tendencies, and the physical effects of prolonged anxiety states. The system is working with the nervous system, breathing patterns, mind, and daily lifestyle adjustment. The program includes targeted support for all of the areas mentioned above, woven into one individualised therapeutic process. Each program includes mind-regulation techniques, yoga therapy practices, breath control, relaxation methods, supportive routines, and lifestyle guidance. The aim is not only to calm anxiety in the moment, but to gradually build a more stable inner state through synaptogenesis and neurogenesis.

  • Sleep Management Program is a personalised 1+4 month yoga therapy program created individually to restore healthy sleep through deep regulation of nervous system and mind patterns. It is designed for people struggling with insomnia, light or broken sleep, difficulty falling asleep, too long sleeping hours resulting in lethargic feeling, overactive mind at night, or tiredness that does not improve with rest. The program works with the underlying causes of poor sleep, such as nervous system dysregulation, and accumulated tension in body and mind.

    Program may include body-mind detox sessions, yogic sleep, mind regulation practices, vibroacoustic body massage, yoga therapy practices, relaxation techniques, and supportive lifestyle adjustments, depending on what is respective underlying cause of of the problem. Following program will gradually rebuild the conditions for deep, natural, and sustainable rest.

  • Body-Mind Detox Session is a private one-to-one session for moments when it feels like there is no way out — when you are caught in repeated patterns, cannot see clearly, and feel emotionally, mentally, or physically stuck and “bloated”. Using powerful methods of Himalayan Kriya Yoga and Yoga Therapy, the session helps digest what has remained undigested in the system: emotions, fears, traumas, tension, and even long standing and chronic illness held in the body. These techniques are strong, precise, and deeply transformative, often bringing immediate shifts in energy and trauma release. Each session is tailored individually to what the person is moving through.

  • Recovery Sessions are private one-to-one sessions created to support recovery from physical or emotional depletion. Each session is tailored individually and may support recovery from burnout, illness, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, loss of strength, periods of intense pressure. We use mix of tailored yoga therapy techniques based on root cause of depletion. The aim is to help the system soften, restore energy, and return the body and mind to a state of “rest & digest”.

  • Burnout Management and Depressive Disorder Management Programs are a personalised long-term yoga therapy programs created to support recovery from burnout, depressive states, emotional exhaustion, loss of motivation, and inner heaviness.

    It is designed for people who feel mentally drained, physically depleted, emotionally flat, overwhelmed, disconnected from purpose and world around them and are unable to restore energy through rest alone.

    The program works with the deeper roots of burnout and depressive patterns through regulation of the nervous system, mind, breath, body, and daily lifestyle.   • Private Retreats for Fast Recovery are intensive one-to-one 3-day retreats created for situations that need immediate attention and can be shifted before they harden into long-term conditions.

    They are designed for people experiencing acute stress, acute emotional overload, acute nervous exhaustion or periods when life feels too heavy and the system needs rapid reset, change of course and emotional support.

    These retreats are meant for issues that have not yet become chronic, and for moments when a person needs focused help now — not later.

    They offer a concentrated space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, release pressure, restore inner balance, and work through what is happening before it develops into deeper burnout, collapse, or long-term imbalance.

    Examples include periods of intense work stress, emotional instability after conflict or life changes, rising anxiety, sleep disruption or feeling stuck in a situation that still has the possibility of being shifted quickly and clearly.
