  • Unlike group classes or standard wellness sessions, this retreat is 100% personalized and focuses on you and your unique needs. It can also be scheduled at times and days that you have available. Normally we have availability every week. It combines Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, and holistic lifestyle guidance to address the root causes of stress, imbalance, and emotional blocks—not just the symptoms.

  • Each retreat has its own duration, but as well it can be adjusted to your needs and availability. One day retreat typically includes up to 6 hours of sessions. Optimum is two or three days that can ensure long term results. All retreats typically are held one-on-one with a therapist and can be experienced either online (zoom or other platforms) or in person wherever it is more comfortable for you.

  • Retreats are designed to address your unique needs, not a generic formula. At the start of your retreat, we’ll have a discussion to understand your challenges and underlying cause. Every practice is customized to your body, mind, and lifestyle, ensuring that what you receive is both effective and practical for your daily life.
